Making the work better for the people doing it
I look for what’s missing, where people are getting stuck, and what structure will make the work easier to understand, manage, and repeat.

I ask a lot of questions. I figure out what’s missing. I build processes where they’re useful, document what people need to know, and keep track of the details so the people involved can focus on doing their best work.
The subject matter changes. The work I’m best at stays pretty consistent: figuring out how all the pieces fit together and keeping them moving.
